Unlike conventional flat pre-cured tread, the ring-tread is cured round to match the shape of the casing. Spliceless pre-cured technology system combines new tire radial compression molding with custom compounding and contoured shape to match the original curvature of the casings, significantly improving the retreading quality!

Features:

2.Inner and outer air chambers, with optional heat sources, oil or steam, ensure uniform tread heated temperature, and shorten curing time, approximately 25 minutes per tyre.
3.8 cylinders around the machine, guarantee the pressure acting on the tread up to 50kg/c㎡, higher durability and puncture-resistance than conventional pre-cured tread.
4.The inner air-chamber is of variable diameter and mechanical stretching design; ensure convenient tyre unloading and curing safety.
5.Vertical mainframe with stretchable core molds, avoid the tread deformation.
6.The ring-tread from this machine has no joints and fits perfectly to the casing without tension or deformation and guarantees reduced processing times and less waste.
7.The ring-tread ensures the uniform pressure; guarantee the maximum adhesion between the tread and casing, which lengthens the retreading tyre working life.
